We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.Important Notes:
- Only products in their original condition are eligible for return.
- Returns will not be processed without prior authorization.

Policies for Specific Items Order Cancellation
We understand how important it is to choose the perfect dress for your special occasion. Since our dresses are made to order, the materials used cannot be reused once tailoring begins. With this in mind, please review our cancellation policy below:
Cancellation Policy:
- Within 12 Hours of Payment Confirmation: Eligible for a partial refund, including the full shipping cost and 90% of the product purchase price.
- Within 12-24 Hours of Payment Confirmation: Eligible for a partial refund, including the full shipping cost and 80% of the product purchase price.
- Within 24-48 Hours of Payment Confirmation: Eligible for a partial refund, including the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
- Beyond 48 Hours of Payment Confirmation: Only the full shipping cost is refundable.
- After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

Restocking Fees
No restocking fees will be charged for product returns.
Replacement or Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Upon receiving your package, please check the dress to ensure it matches your order specifications. Try on the dress as soon as possible, ensuring you do not alter, wash, or remove the tag. If a return is necessary, you must contact us to initiate the return process.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, with tags intact and attached.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Damaged or Mis-shipped Items
If your items are damaged or mis-shipped, you are eligible for a full refund. If the damage occurred during delivery, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from the delivery carrier and include it in your return package.
Sizing or Fitting Issues

Slight Measurement Variations:
As all dresses are hand-sewn and customized, minor variations (up to one inch) from the specified measurements may occur. To accommodate adjustments, additional fabric is included in the seams. -
Size Deviations:
- Due to factors like lighting, display settings, or material variations, slight differences in color or size may occur.
- We strive to minimize these variations through continuous process improvements.
If your dress size differs by more than one inch from your order specifications, we recommend finding a local tailor for adjustments. In such cases, we offer limited reimbursement for alterations. To claim this, you must provide a receipt from your tailor.

Item Matches Ordered Size but Does Not Fit:
Items that match your ordered specifications but do not fit cannot be returned or exchanged. You may seek local tailoring services at your own expense. Significant resizing may not be possible if the item differs greatly from your final requested measurements.
Color Mismatch
Differences in color may result from screen settings or lighting conditions. Slight discrepancies are not considered defects or mis-shipments. If you believe the item is the wrong color, contact Customer Service to determine if a return or refund is possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges, as all items are made-to-order. To replace an item, you must return the unwanted product (if eligible under the return policy) and place a new order. Production timelines apply to new orders.
Return Process

- Provide an explanation and photographs to support your return request.
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

- Once approved, you will receive the return address and a "Product Return Form."
- Complete the form and include it with your return package.
- Ship the items via your local post office within 3-5 business days. Retain the tracking number for reference.

- Returned items will undergo inspection.
- Refunds will be processed if the product issues are confirmed.
- It typically takes 3-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

- Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Important Note: We reserve the right to reject refunds if returned items are in unacceptable condition.

The return address will be provided via email upon approval. Returns sent to our shipping address without contacting us will not be processed.
