We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
At this time, we do not offer shipping to other countries.
We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO address.

Carriers

Damaged Products

Customs, Taxes, and Duties
All customs fees, VAT, and other taxes are covered by Madepromdress.com.
Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
We strive to deliver packages on time through our reliable carrier partnerships. However, delays caused by weather, incorrect address information, or carrier issues are beyond our control.
Lost Packages:
- If a package is lost or cannot confirm delivery with tracking, we will arrange a reshipment.
Confirmed Delivered Packages:
- If tracking shows confirmed delivery, an investigation will be initiated. Refunds will only be processed after the issue is resolved.
Stolen Packages:
- We are not responsible for stolen packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us at madepromdress@gmail.com immediately. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate, which may take up to 5 business days. If the parcel is deemed lost, we will process a refund or replacement.
